Tyler, The Creator Denies He’s Making a Jazz Album After …

Surprise, surprise — Tyler, the Creator has confirmed that he’s not releasing a Hebrew Jazz Funk album next year.

Rumors surfaced that Tyler would be stepping out of his comfort zone into the genre after Lil Yachty jokingly suggested so on Instagram.

“Tour is done, love you brother,” wrote Lil Yachty in a tour recap post. “Blessed to be apart. Let y’all in on a secret. Dat boi tyler workin on a hebrew jazz funk album shit gonna be tough..2026.”

Tyler hopped in the comments to clarify that Lil Yachty’s caption was a joke. “LMFAOOOO NO IM NOT DONT GET THESE GULLIBLE ASS FANS HOPES UP THESE NIGGAS STILL THINK A STICKY VIDEO IS COMING” he wrote.

Though Tyler denied that a video for “Sticky” is coming out, he’s known for his surprises — one of them most recently being the video for “Darling, I” that came out in August.

The surprising video dropped nearly a year after he released his eight studio album, Chromakopia. In it, he features actresses Nia Long, Lauren London, Ayo Edebiri, Chase Infiniti, and Willow Smith as his love interests. Also appearing in it is the song’s featured artist, Teezo Touchdown.

The adorable video features its fair share of wild scenes. In one of them, Long licks Tyler’s face while in another, the rapper gifts a bloody and beating heart to each of his lovers. On Instagram, Tyler dedicated the song to “all the lovers out there.”
