The European Commission mentioned on Tuesday it has given its inexperienced mild to the acquisition of style group Versace by Italy’s Prada.
Earlier this 12 months Prada struck a $1.38 billion deal to purchase smaller rival Versace from Capri Holdings.
The European Commission mentioned the deal poses no competitors considerations.
