French luxurious big LVMH introduced on Tuesday its 100% acquisition of French publishing home Les Editions Croque Futur, integrating three publications, Challenges, Sciences & Avenir, and La Recherche, into the UFIPAR funding firm.
The acquisition, “reflects LVMH’s commitment to promoting high-quality information and scientific culture, as well as making it accessible to a wider audience,” the enterprise introduced in a press launch on December 30. LVMH has acquired 100% of the enterprise’ shares with its holding firm UFIPAR and the transfer builds on UFIPAR’s earlier funding in Les Editions Croque Futur alongside its founder, publishing mogul Claude Perdriel.
Following the acquisition, Les Editions Croque Futur will speed up the event and distribution of its three publications, with a give attention to digital codecs. This is designed to assist the enterprise safe a long-term future within the ever evolving business.
Claude Perdriel’s long-time advisor Maurice Szafran has been named as president of Les Editions Croque Futur as a part of the LVMH transaction. Szafran will tackle the function of publishing director for all three titles and can harness his experience within the media business to advertise long-term progress within the enterprise.
