Khloé Kardashian is constant to develop her fragrance portfolio in partnership with Luxe Brands, unveiling her second signature scent, Almost Always.
The new fragrance debuts on the Ulta Beauty app on Monday adopted by its official on-line launch November 5 and in-store launch November 9, obtainable completely at Ulta Beauty within the U.S. A European rollout with retail accomplice Douglas will observe later within the month.
