Keith Powers Celebrates One Year of Being Alcohol-Free

Keith Powers is marking a significant private milestone, celebrating one full 12 months of dwelling alcohol-free and reaffirming his dedication to sobriety.

The Uglies star shared the achievement with followers through Instagram Stories, posting a selfie alongside a message that learn: “1 YEAR WITHOUT ALCOHOL.”

Powers reflected on his journey, explaining that while he once considered himself a social drinker, he gradually began to rely on alcohol in ways he hadn’t fully recognized at the time.

“Stepping away gave me clarity, peace, and a better relationship with myself,” he wrote. “This is a life I’m committed to. Alcohol-free, moving forward.”

The one-year milestone builds on the progress Powers has been openly tracking with fans. Back in July, he revealed he had passed the 300-day mark without drinkingsharing that he planned to continue well beyond his original goal. At the time, he declared he was finished with alcohol for good.
