Centric Brands introduced on Wednesday it has acquired choose belongings of Fownes Brothers & Co., because the U.S. administration agency appears to be like improve its portfolio and strengthen its grip on the cold-weather equipment market.
Under the deal, the U.S. administration agency will assume key licenses together with Ugg, Timberland, and Cole Haan, in addition to personal label manufacturing agreements with The North Face and Lululemon.
Moreover, Andrew Gluckman will be a part of the Centric Brands group as SVP, division head cold-weather, overseeing the acquired licenses and supporting the continued development of the broader chilly climate equipment division, in keeping with a press launch.

Established in 1777 by Tom Gluckman and the Gluckman Family as leather-based glove producer in Worcester, England, Fownes Brothers is an importer and distributor of licensed and personal label cold-weather equipment.
