Cardi B, now simply at some point away from rolling out her long-awaited sophomore album, says in a brand new interview that she believes Offset “has some type of hate in his heart” following their break up.

“I filed for divorce a year ago,” she identified. “That should be very clear. I don’t deal with that, I don’t mess with that, I don’t have no contact with that.”
News of the divorce, which isn’t believed to have but been finalized, first broke final summer season. In her interview with CBS Morningsthe lyrics to a tune off her new album, titled “Man of Your Word,” had been highlighted by Gayle, resulting in extra candor from Cardi in regards to the relationship.
“I just wish he was a better person, but it is what it is,” Cardi stated. “Be a better person for your kids.”
Asked in regards to the chance of co-parenting, Cardi expressed a need for that in the long run, although she additionally instructed that isn’t presently attainable. The former couple share three children collectively.
“I don’t really have hate in my heart anymore,” she stated. “I think he has some type of hate in his heart right now. … I don’t know how long that’s gonna take for him but that’s always been my wish. I get along with everybody that I dated. If we all move on, there shouldn’t be no animosity. Your life, my life. Separate. We should be able to raise kids. We should be able to ask each other questions. We should be able to be like, ‘Hey, look what one of the kids just did,’ ‘Look at this,’ ‘Look at the report card.’ We should be able to celebrate but it’s not about the kids. One thing I’m learning is it’s not about the kids.”
These days, Cardi is in a relationship with Stefon Diggs. In reality, Cardi introduced through the first half of her Gayle dialog that she and Stefon had been anticipating a baby collectively.
