I’ve become a matcha latte fanatic of late. It does have a slightly grassy flavor which is an acquired taste, but honestly, I like it. I’m listening to this book againwhich has lots of great things to say about the health properties of all teas.
We’re due for a nice sunny weekend, but I’ll be either hanging out at home after my Fraxel or wearing a facemask and giant hat to go out. So far, I’m just swollen, but she told me to expect that for at least a week to ten days. I am icing my face and will try to take it easy. Not to mention, no exercise for at least four days!
